What we collect, why, and how to get rid of it.

What we collect

Who we share it with

We use a few processors to run the service, and share only what each needs:

We don't sell your data or use your photos to advertise to you.

Public profile & feed

Your data is private by default. A public profile at /profile/<username>only shows what you explicitly turn on in Settings: your username, selected page color, any social handles, today's protein number, optionally today's calories, and — if you also turn on recent activity — a list of your recent days and their protein totals. If you opt into the public feed, that same profile is also listed at /feedalongside other opted-in users, ranked by today's protein. All of this is off until you turn it on, and it never shows your photos, your private notes, or what you ate.

Referrals

If you create an account through someone's referral link, that person can see that an account joined, the date it joined, and your current username and display name if you have set them. They never see your phone number, meals, photos, messages, or nutrition data. We do not reserve old usernames; if the referrer changes their username, links shared with the old one stop working.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. That removes your meals, photos (from storage), messages, and profile, and deletes your billing record at Stripe (cancelling any active subscription). Text STOP to stop messages without deleting.
